How did it start!
I have around 25 years of experience in Corporate world. During my tenure I had interviewed candidates at various levels and realized that quite a few candidate forget the basic concepts of Accounting. They failed to clear the basic Accounting test just because there was a gap of few years.
We remember the basics we learned during school days however many of us face challenge in retaining the basics learned at the beginning of our career in commerce.
Students need proper guidance, a support system that can answer their questions at the right time. It is important that their interest in the subject is maintained. They need an environment where they can exchange ideas and get required information. During my career in corporate world, I helped new entrants learn & retain the knowledge acquired during training thus improving their productivity and efficiency.
On similar lines we are building structure that will help students become successful when they graduate.
